We accept Paypal (which also includes credit card, and check payments, even if you do not have a paypal account).
2. What is your refund policy?
We do not give refunds unless there is an incompatibility issue with your server. Requirements are clearly given prior to paying for the minisites, so please read carefully before buying. Not all web hosting companies are the same.
1. Do you offer free updates?
Yes, we offer updates for six months for existing customers. After that time, if updates are needed, customers will be charged a small fee.

Please use our help desk to submit a help ticket and we will be glad to help.
3. Do you offer installation services?
Yes for a fee of $25, we will install the minisite for you on your server. You can find more details here.
1. Do you offer minisite customization?
Currently, the minisites are sold as is. We plan to offer this service in the future, but currently, no.
2. How do I change the logo, font, widgets, etc.?
Each minisite comes with a detailed installation and customization documentation for you to review. Coming soon: Members area with more detailed resources.
